Apple Rice Soup may help you fight possible dehydration and gradually solidify the bowel. It promotes energy.

Use 1-2 apples (no skin or core), a handful of rice, & 10 mugs of water. Boil and simmer for 1-1.5 hours. Soup should be very diluted. Add a few slices of ginger root if you have a lot of gas. A bit of salt can be added. Take as often as possible while you are feeling sick.
